Les Halles
Les Halles is one of the liveliest areas in Paris. Initially, it was the largest market in the city. Situated in the very heart of Paris, the market attracted Parisians from all the neighboring districts with their authentic stalls and fresh farmer products. Nowadays, it is a popular shopping district, housing exciting chain stores along Rue de Rivoli river and a magnificent Jardin Nelson-Mandela park. The park opens to famous kitchen stores along Rue Montmartre and the place of Molière’s baptism, the late-Gothic Église Saint-Eustache.
