Alnwick Castle
Alnwick Castle is England's second largest inhabited castle, after Windsor Castle. It was featured in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, as well as Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Downton Abbey, and Transformers: The Last Knight. Henry Percy, Hotspur's great-great-grandfather, bought a typical Norman-style motte-and-bailey castle in 1309. Over the next 40 years, he and his son transformed it into a formidable border fortress. Interestingly enough, the Percy family still resides in the castle.
