Eastern State Penitentiary

Eastern State Penitentiary, or ESP, used to be the world's most expensive and renowned prison. It held infamous inmates like ‘Slick Willie’ Sutton and ‘Scarface’ Al Capone. Situated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, it currently lies in ruins, with crumbling cell blocks and empty guard towers. However, the place is a U.S. National Historic Landmark, open to the public as a museum.
